Update - DIQ Connection Error - 2.28.17

We are currently seeing an application error affecting some clients for inbound calls and warm transfers. If you have not reported this issue to us, please submit an email or contact us via phone. Our engineering team is already working on the problem.

 

Update - it appears this issue is related to AWS downtime. We will continue to work with our services providers as it relates to this problem.
