Mobile App: Detailed Review

Setup

  1. Configure your mobile settings within the LeadManager
  2. Download and install the mobile app (listed as Velocify™ for iPhone) from iTunes 
  3. Login to the app on your iPhone using your LeadManager login and password

Configuring mobile Settings

Once mobile access has been enabled for your account, you need to configure some basic settings.  To do this, you’ll need to access the Mobile Settings page.

  1. Go to Preferences -> Client Settings

 

  1. On the Client Settings page, click on the Edit Mobile Settings link

  1. To enable Velocify for iPhone access for all users, check the Allow Mobile Access checkbox

Note:  This setting is independent  from the IP restriction function available within Client Settings

 
  1. Confirm that that Lead First Name and Last Name are correctly.  These fields will be displayed on the mobile version of the View Leadspage

Note:  In most cases these fields should already be mapped, but make adjustments if necessary

  1. Select up to 50 lead fields to be displayed on the mobile version of the Add/Edit Lead page

Using the LeadManager for iPhone App

 

The Login Screen

To login into your Velocify for iPhone app, enter your LeadManager username and password and touch the Login button.

Note:  You will remain logged into the app until either you turn your iPhone off or use the Log Out function within the app.

 

The Home Screen

The Home Screen displays the available functions within the app, including:

  • View Leads
  • Add Lead
  • Search
  • Help
  • Logout

Touch the options to navigate to their screens.

 

The View Leads Screen

The View Leads screen shows your 50 most recently assigned leads

Swipe the screen up and down to scroll through your leads

Click on a lead record to view lead details

Click on the phone icon to view available phone number and call a lead

 

 Sorting Leads

Touch the filter bar options to sort leads by last name, date, status or campaign

 

 

Lead Record

Each record on the View Leads screen contains the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Date Added
  • Status
  • Campaign

Click on the record to view lead details

 

 Calling a Lead

Click the phone icon within the lead record to view available phone numbers and call the lead

The View Lead screen shows details for an individual lead

Swipe up and down to scroll through the available fields

To edit lead information click on the icon on the top right of the screen

 

 Button Bar

The bar at the bottom of the View Lead screen includes functions for contacting leads by phone, email or text.  You can also access the Actions menu to submit actions and comments

 

 Calling a Lead

Touch the call button to view available phone numbers and call a lead

Note:  Call activity is not tracked within the LeadManager.  Call costs are based on your carrier’s subscription charges

 

Emailing a Lead

Touch the email button to view available email addresses and send an email a lead.  Selecting this option will launch the default email client on your iPhone and does not use any LeadManager email templates

 Texting a Lead

Touch the SMS button to view available phone numbers and send an SMS message to a lead. 

Note:  Texting activity is not tracked within the LeadManager.  Texting costs are based on your carrier’s texting subscription charges.

 

 Taking Actions

Touch the Action button to access the actions menu

 

Click on the action field to launch the list of available actions

Select an action from the list and touch the closed button

 

 Making a Comment

To add a comment, touch the comment window to launch your iPhone key pad

Once you have selected an action and entered a comment, touch the Submit button on the top right of the screen

 

 Edit Lead Screen

On the View Lead screen, lead information is shown in display mode only.  To change to edit mode, touch the icon on the top right of the screen

Swipe the screen to scroll through lead fields

Touch a field to launch the your iPhone keyboard and edit the information

After all changes, touch the Save button on the top right of the screen

 

 Search

Search Lead Screen

To search, select a field on which you want to search

Then enter your search criteria and touch the Search button
