What’s New in the Dial-IQ 2.5 Release?
The following features are now available with the Dial-IQ 2.5 release:
- Hang up button now helps reset a user’s dialer when they are stuck on an inbound call
- Users can now add tasks as well as appointments from the dialer display
- Bugs and defects repaired
How can I utilize the hang up button to reset my dialer?
Now when users get stuck on an inbound or a shotgun phone call, they can click the hang up button on their display to “un-stick” that call.
What bugs and defects are repaired by this release?
- When using campaign caller ID for a scheduled call-back, the campaign caller ID will now be applied.
