Valued Velocify Clients,
In February of 2016, small number of voicemail recordings were inadvertently lost for a small subset of clients. At the time, we notified clients and recommended these voicemails be re-recorded, since they may show up in your Velocify application.
During a recent routine audit, we observed that one or more of these voicemails had not been updated and may still appear in the application, even though no recording exists.
To prevent accidental use, we will be removing these voicemail titles on Monday, 07/17/2017.
