Login and Latency

Some clients reported they were unable to login to LeadManager and/or extreme slowness navigating through the application.
During routine maintenance, a server specific procedure went into an infinite loop due to a race condition. This depleted memory from the system and SQL server.
Engineering teams added a check for column existence and replaced blank spaces with “_” which corrected the problem.
To prevent future occurrences, a specific memory usage alert was implemented against an acceptable threshold for the affected services.
