- Some clients reported lead imports and updates were sporadically failing.
- Backend services used for storing user session states became unresponsive. This resulted in a small percentage of lead failures for a subset of the Velocify client base.
- Engineering teams released a fix to allow core operations to continue in this scenario. In addition teams are reviewing additional patches to these services to minimize client impact.
