SUMMARY:

 

  • Clients were unable to login or reported error messages when navigating within the applications.

 

DETAILS:

 

  • Our Managed Service provider experienced a Domain Name Server (DNS) outage which prevented some Velocify applications from working correctly.

 

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

 

  • Engineering teams are working with our provider to improve monitoring and redundancies based on the needs of Velocify and its clients.
