Summary

 

Clients were unable to login or reported error messages when navigating within the applications.

 

Details

 

Our Managed Service provider experienced a Domain Name Server (DNS) outage which prevented some Velocify applications from working correctly.

 

Corrective Action

 

Engineering teams are working with our provider to improve monitoring and redundancies based on the needs of Velocify and its clients.
