LeadManager: How To: How Admins Can Help Users Get Logged Into The System

  • Administrator Account

 

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Helping user log into Velocify the first time:

  1. Add User - Click herefor step-by-step instructions.
  2. Provide Username and password to new user.
  3. By default, PASSWORD IS SET TO: 1234

 

Helping users who are locked out or forgot password:

  1. Navigate to the 'Manager Users' page
  2. Click 'Options' on the appropriate user row, then choose 'Change Password'.
  3. Create a new password

Note: Creating a new password will reset any locked account and allow the user to login
