LeadManager: Troubleshooting: Unable To Add More Users

ISSUE:

  • Unable to add more users
  • Add New User is grayed out

 

ENVIRONMENT:

  • LeadManager

 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:

  1. If you are unable to add more users, it is likely because you have reached the maximum number of licenses under your current payment plan.
  • The amount of licenses used and available is visible in the upper right corner of the Manage Users page

  1. Your company must have a license, or seat, for each user of the Velocify™ lead management software.
  2. To get more information on adding additional licenses, please contact support one of the following ways:
  • Contact Your Account Manager 
  • Email support@velocify.com
  • Call Velocify Support at (888) 843-1777

Note:  Adding licenses to your plan will affect the pricing. Anything in regards to the rates of your seat licenses must be discussed with your Account Manager.
