- Unable to add more users
- Add New User is grayed out
- If you are unable to add more users, it is likely because you have reached the maximum number of licenses under your current payment plan.
- The amount of licenses used and available is visible in the upper right corner of the Manage Users page
- Your company must have a license, or seat, for each user of the Velocify™ lead management software.

Note: Adding licenses to your plan will affect the pricing. Anything in regards to the rates of your seat licenses must be discussed with your Account Manager.
