LeadManager: Custom Reports: Report On When An Email Template Is Sent

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

 

This report will allow you to track when a specific email template is sent on your leads.

 

First, access the Menu page by clicking on your name in the upper right of the header.

 

 

Under Reporting, click on Custom Reports

 

  1. In the upper left hand corner of the first window click on the Create New Report

  2. Select Lead Logs from the base data dropdown. 

 

      In the box below add a title for this report.

3. Click on the Step 2 button in the upper right hand corner of the report menu. 

4. Bring over the following fields from the left to the right

   

    (Note: You can add more fields to this report): 

  • Log Type
  • Log Date
  • Log Note
  • Id
  • Campaign
  • Status

5. Click on Step 3 in the upper right hand corner of the report menu.

 

6. Add the following filters to this report: 

  • Log Type Is System Log Email/Post Sent
  • Log Note Contains {Put the exact title of the email template}
    • To locate the title of the email template go to Menu > Administration > Manage Emails and the very first column is where you will find the title of the email template.
  • Log Date Greater than or Equal to {Select Add Template button on the right with no date chosen for Valuefield}
  • Log Date Less than or Equal to {Select Add Template button on the right with no date chosen for Value field}

7. This is how your filters should display when you are done creating this report.

8. Select Save & Run in the upper right hand corner of the Reporting Menu. 

9. This is how your report will display and the definition for each column result.

  • Log Type - The system log of the email being sent
  • Log Date - The date/time the email was sent 
  • Log Note – This will display the email template which is being sent
  • Id - Lead ID of the Velocify Record
  • Campaign - Current Marketing Campaign from Velocify
  • Status - Current Status of the lead record
