LeadManager: Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Emails    

 

ISSUE:

  • LeadManager is configured to email users, but users report they are not receiving all emails.

 

 

 

ENVIRONMENT:

  • LeadManager

 

 

 

RESOLUTION: 

 

Please add securesend.org as well as the IP addresses listed below to the whitelist to ensure all emails from LeadManager are received.

This is not a Velocify LeadManager setting, so you may need to work with your IT group or email administrator to do this. Velocify Support is not able to configure your whitelist for you.
