Click Custom Reports on the Reporting Sub-menu


Custom Reports

QUEUE 1: New Leads,QUEUE 2: Contact Attempt 1 Leads, and QUEUE 3: Contact Attempt 2 Leads are a few examples of reports that can appear on a users dashboard or in the Favorites dropdown tab. Based on the statuses of the leads in their pipeline, these reports can be viewed as to do lists for agents to whom you want to provide extra direction.

Displayed on the Custom Reports page are the Owner of the Report and the Reports Base Data.

Click the Create New Report button to create a new Custom Report. 

Creating a new Custom Report is done in three steps.

Step 1: Choose the Base Data that you will be reporting on. For example, Leads, Lead Logs, Page view Logs, etc.  Give the report a title.


Step 2: Select the columns you want to add to the report. Click a button in the middle to display either the count, sum, minimum, maximum, or average of the column you are adding. For example, selectTotal Contact Attempts” and click the AVG button to have the report display the average total contact attempts on the returned group of leads.

Step 3: Create Filters. Select from the Column pulldown the column you want to filter by. Select an operator, and select a value. For instance you could create the filter “Campaign” is “Equal to” “Web”. This would return only leads that were from the “Webl” campaign.

Note: Filters can be edited or deleted

Step 4: Click the Save & Close button

Step 5: Back on the Custom Reports page your new report will appear in the list.

Options Column

There are several different ways to work with the reports listed in the Options column

Options Column Run Link

Click this link to run the report. Below is an example of what report results may look like.

When you run a custom report, there are several different ways you can work with the leads that were returned by the report. Note that this report is run on the base data "Leads." Not all of these options will appear if your report is run on different base data. For instance, Archived Leads and Lead Logs will not have the options "Manage These Leads" or "Run Batch Process."


Click the Export to Text button to export the report results to a text file.

Click the Export to Excel button to export the report results to a csv file.

Click the Email Report button to email the report results. This button will open a page that enables where you can configure a few settings before emailing the report results. The email report page is also accessible by clicking the Email link in the Options column on the Custom Reports page.

Click the View Printable Report button to popup the report results in a printable format. Below is an example of how it might look.

Options Column Users Link

Click the user link on each report to configure which users will see that report in their My Custom Reports section of the dashboard and in their Favorites dropdown. Select individual users, or the entire group.

Options Column Email Link

Click the Email link to email the report or to schedule it to be emailed. When you click this link, a page will load that enables you to configure a few settings before you email the report.

These settings include:

Report format: Excel or Text

Report Recipients: Click to select names, then click the Add button

Email Subject: Enter your desired email subject line

Email Message: Enter content to appear in the body of the email

Filter Emailed Results by Role: This setting ensures that report results emailed to users only contain data that their role is permitted to see.

Schedule: Send the report immediately or schedule it to be sent once in the future, or at regular intervals.

When you have configured your settings for emailing your custom report results, click the Submit button.
