Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Emails



LeadManager is configured to email users, but users report they are not receiving all emails.



Please add as well as the IP addresses listed below to the whitelist to ensure all emails from LeadManager are received.


This is not a Velocify LeadManager setting, so you may need to work with your IT group or email administrator to do this. Velocify Support is not able to configure your whitelist for you.
